Beginning Sewing I
If you have always wanted to learn to sew but never got around to it, now is your chance. In four simple classes you will learn to make a cute round pillow, pull-on skirt, tote bag and shorts.
Class fee: $90

Beginning Sewing II
During this class you will be working with zippers and buttonholes. You will also learn how to determine your correct pattern size. In four classes you will learn to make a zippered skirt, unlined jacket and project of your choice.

Basic Pattern Alterations
Learn the basics of altering purchased patterns for your particular body and style. We will begin with an analysis of your individual figure and go on to making the adjustments for a perfect fit.

“Young Sew-ers 101” and Beginning Sewing I
This class is designed primarily for teens and preteens, but is open to anyone with a serious interest in learning how to sew. Each session will last 4 weeks. Students will learn to read and work with patterns, choose fabrics, and complete a variety of projects.
Class fee: $90
Saturday Mornings 10:00am-12:30pm
 
AUGUST QUILTING CLASS - NOSEGAY QUILT
Join us in August for this easy quilt made in four large blocks.

SEPTEMBER QUILTING CLASS - LONE STAR CLASSIC
Come learn how to do this type of foundation piecing as a way to make perfect points. Class requires quilt smart kit and glue baste-it.
Kit $34.95 – 15% class discount = $29.71 + tax
Glue Baste – $8.50 – 15% class discount = $7.23 + tax

SEPTEMBER EMBROIDERY CLASS - MULTI-HOOP ON YOUR MACHINE
This class is for those who have an Singer XL 1000, XL 5000, or XL 6000 machine. In this class, as we make a beautiful pillow, we will teach you to lay out and sew a multi-hoop design using designs in the machine. After this class you should understand how this wonderful function of your machine works and be able to approach any multi-hoop project with confidence!
